Sarah Folk is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her Master's degree from the Medical University of South Carolina and has been practicing in the Lowcountry for over 12 years.  When not working, she enjoys spending time outdoors and in the water with her husband, two daughters and two dogs.

Kylie Smith is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner born and raised in Summerville, SC. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from the Medical University of South Carolina and completed her Master’s Degree at Anderson University. She has been working in orthopedic spine surgery for the last 5+ years and is looking forward to providing wound care across the Lowcountry. In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs!
